Today I’m happy about: exercising intuitively. Even though I went to bed planning on going to the gym today, after I had breakfast I felt like doing a sweaty yoga class instead so that’s exactly what I did! After tons of vinyasas and some incredible twists, I felt like my body was wrung out of stress and I felt the elusive yogic bliss. I don’t know if it’s because it’s really what my body wanted today or because I was able to delve deeper into my practice, but every single position I went through felt deliberate and of felt so strong and powerful. I love the feeling that yoga gives me both physically and mentally. I am more in tune with my body and soul when I practice and my inner ego is calmed down so my true self can feel free to express itself.
