Today I’m happy about: eating intuitively all day! I love food but have had such a mixed up relationship with it, especially for the past 5 years and after trying to ease myself into a more relaxed mentality, I decided to dive in and stop giving myself excuses. Today I was going to listen to my body and eat when I was hungry, honor my cravings and stop when I was full. And today I felt like I made a big step in the right direction.
