Today I’m happy about: getting more in touch with my yoga practice.
Yoga and I have a love-and-leave relationship, I deeply love practicing but the time to do so escapes me sometimes. I go through phases of practicing regularly and then not at all for months. The truth is, I need yoga to keep me spiritually grounded and to remind me to relax and appreciate everything about my life.
This summer, as per usual I’ve had time to delve back into it and I am just loving the feeling of tuning into my body and spirit daily. I’m continuing my other favorite forms of exercise; running, hiking, weightlifting, but my mind is happy to be stretching and growing in a different way.
